Mixed Berry, Yoghurt and Basil Toast
5 minutes preparation time
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup frozen raspberries
2 tbsp lactose-free yoghurt
2 large basil leaves, torn
2 slices of Burgen gluten-free soy and linseed bread
- Place berries in a microwave safe bowl and cook for approximately 1 minute, or until defrosted and slightly warm.
- Combine berries, yoghurt and basil in a bowl.
- Toast the bread in a toaster and top with yoghurt and berry mixture.
Serves 1 as a meal, 2 as a snack
