In our Make it Easy course, we take a much gentler approach to the low FODMAP diet. Evidence shows for many people with IBS, this less restrictive approach is enough to get symptoms under control. You will follow the traditional stages of a low FODMAP diet – eliminating high FODMAP foods, reintroducing or challenging high FODMAP foods, and personalising your diet – but in a quicker and less restrictive way.
