Smoked Salmon Salad with Orange
15 minutes preparation time and assembly time
- 1 ½ cups salad leaves
- 5 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 100g smoked salmon, roughly torn into strips
- 5 capers
- ½ navel orange, peeled and cut into pieces
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Arrange salad leaves, tomatoes, orange pieces and smoked salmon on a serving plate or in a bowl.
- Top with capers and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
