
Satay Chicken Buddah Bowl
This buddah bowl is delicious, nutritious and super easy to make thanks to the Satay Sauce with Tumeric from Nogo Sauces.
Serves 2
Ingredients
1-2 Tablespoon of Nogo Sauces Tumeric Satay Sauce⠀
300g chicken tenderloins⠀
1 cup of brown rice & quinoa⠀
1/2 cup purple cabbage⠀
1 cucumber⠀
10 cherry tomatoes⠀
1/2 cup of shredded carrot⠀
1 lime⠀
Baby cos lettuce leaves⠀
Extra Virgin Olive Oil⠀
Salt & Pepper⠀

Method
1. Turn pan on high heat on stove⠀
2. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil on the chicken with some salt and pepper. Once pan has heated cook for a few minutes each side until golden brown⠀
3. Prepare salad vegetables – slice, dice and shred⠀
4. Warm the brown rice & quinoa cup in the microwave (if you are preparing it fresh you will need to do this first)⠀
5. Place rice in the bowl (~1/4 of meal)⠀
6. Place the various salads in the bowl (~1/2 of the meal)⠀
7. Heat 1-2 Tablespoons of Nogo Sauces Satay Sauce in the microwave for 30-40 seconds⠀
8. Place the chicken in the bowl (~1/4 of meal) and drizzle the delish sauce on top⠀
9. Dress with some extra virgin olive oil and juice from 1/2 a lime
