Blueberry and Lime Smoothie
5 minutes preparation time
125g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
½ lime, juiced
200g plain lactose free yoghurt
1/4 cup almond milk
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 vanilla pod, seeded (optional)
- Place all ingredients in blender and pulse on high until ingredients are well combined and smooth.
- Serve in a tall glass and enjoy.
