5 minutes preparation time
300g drained tinned beetroot
1/3 cup lactose-free plain yoghurt
1 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp lemon juice
Garlic-infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil, for drizzling
Pepper, to taste
- Blitz together beetroot, lemon juice, yoghurt and cumin for a few seconds (until just combined)
- Pour dip into serving bowl and drizzle with garlic-infused oil, finish off with cracked pepper.
- Serve with veggie sticks and plain rice crackers!
