
Basil and Brazil Nut Pesto
10 minutes preparation time
Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh basil leaves
- ½ cup Brazil nuts
- 1 Tbsp parmesan cheese, finely grated
- Generous drizzle garlic infused extra virgin olive oil
Method
- Place all ingredients in a small food processor and blend until all ingredients are well combined and a paste is formed.
1 serve = approximately 10 g
