Accredited Practicing Dietitian

Kate has always been passionate about health and helping people achieve their best health whatever they perceive it to be. Kate has spent most of her time as a dietitian working in private practice and was noticing more and more people suffering from food intolerances, and this is a key reason she is so excited to be involved in The FODMAP Challenge. She finds it is very rewarding seeing and hearing how people feel so much better when their intolerances are better managed.
As well as a dietitian, Kate is also an exercise physiologist and pilates instructor. She specialises in IBS and food intolerances, weight loss, chronic disease management and also has a interest in sport nutrition.
Kate currently works in a public hospital in Sydney and private practice on the North Shore. She was co-author to the cookbook Anti-inflammatory Eating and also regularly blogs for Rebel on their Rebel Insider blog.
