Chloe is passionate about motivating and helping others to live the best lives they can. She was inspired to create The FODMAP Challenge to help individuals determine the triggers of their IBS after recognising just how many people are suffering from IBS, and require better support in this. With a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics at Flinders University and a Masters of Public Health at the University of Sydney, Chloe loves seeing the improvement in each individuals quality of life once they are able to make better decisions about their food choices.
Chloe is also co-owner of nutrition consultancy business, Health & Performance Collective, the lead author of the cook book ‘Anti-Inflammatory Eating’ and is regularly sought by individuals, food brands and companies to share her expertise in making nutrition simple, delicious and nutritious.
Chloe has worked with the media for a number of years providing expert commentary, writing for publications such as Body & Soul, appearing on TV shows such as House of Wellness, or Talking Lifestyle on 2UE radio. In 2019, Chloe was featured in Women’s Health magazine as one of their top Fitluential women, along with being awarded the Excellence in Sports Nutrition Media by Sports Dietitian’s Australia in 2019.
